Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of balibellyrecovery.com and to doctor and nurse home visits arranged through Bali Belly Recovery, a service operated by DripWell Bali. By requesting a visit you agree to them.

This is not an emergency service. If you faint, are confused, have severe or worsening abdominal pain, blood in stool or vomit, a very high fever, or cannot keep any fluids down, go to the nearest emergency department or call 112 instead of waiting for a home visit.

1. The service

We arrange doctor and nurse home visits to villas, hotels and holiday rentals in our listed Bali service areas, mainly for non-emergency conditions such as Bali Belly. Visits are available 24 hours a day, every day, subject to the points below.

2. Requests, availability and arrival time

Sending the appointment form or a WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking. A visit is confirmed only when our team confirms your address, availability and estimated arrival time. Arrival times are estimates and can change with distance, traffic, weather and access to your accommodation.

3. Medical care

The doctor decides what care is appropriate after assessing you. Package components are provided only where clinically appropriate, and the doctor may adjust, omit or add items, or refer you to a hospital. Antibiotics and other prescription medicines are provided only when medically indicated and prescribed by the doctor.

4. Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and cover the services and components listed for the selected package. Any item or service outside the listed inclusions is discussed with you before it is provided. Promotions apply only on the dates and to the packages stated on the website, and a promotion code must be mentioned when you arrange the visit.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown in the footer of this website and are confirmed with you when the visit is arranged.

6. Medical reports and insurance

A medical report and itemised receipt can be provided to support an insurance claim. Whether and how much you are reimbursed is decided by your insurer, not by us.

7. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a visit, please message us as soon as possible. Any applicable fee is confirmed with you when the visit is arranged.

8. Website information

Articles and pages on this website are general information. They do not replace an individual consultation with a doctor.

9. Limits of responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe traffic, weather, road closures or inability to access the accommodation.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
