Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains how Bali Belly Recovery, a service operated by DripWell Bali (“we”, “us”), handles personal information when you use balibellyrecovery.com or request a doctor and nurse home visit.
1. Who we are
Bali Belly Recovery by DripWell Bali, Griya Batu Indah No. A5, Gubug, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia. Contact: dripwellbali@gmail.com or WhatsApp +62 822 2161 4966.
2. Information we handle
- Details you send us to request a visit: your name, WhatsApp number, villa or hotel name, address or location pin, the package you choose, and any symptoms or notes you decide to share. Symptoms are health information, which is treated as sensitive personal data.
- Information during care: what you tell the doctor and nurse, the assessment, treatment given, and any medical report prepared for you.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and delivery providers may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
3. How our booking form works
The appointment form on this website does not send your details to our web server. When you press “Continue to WhatsApp”, the form builds a WhatsApp message on your own device and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to us until you press send inside WhatsApp. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Cookies, analytics and third-party services
At the time of writing, this website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If we add analytics or similar tools, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. When you open a page, your browser also connects to Google Fonts (to display text styles) and to our own package and promotion service hosted on Cloudflare, which means those providers can see your IP address.
5. Why we use your information
- to respond to your request, confirm availability and arrival time, and deliver the visit;
- to assess and treat you and to keep the clinical records that healthcare providers are required to keep;
- to prepare a medical report or itemised receipt when you ask for one, for example to support an insurance claim;
- to take payment and keep business and tax records;
- to keep the website secure and working properly.
When you voluntarily send us health information to request care, you consent to us using it for these purposes.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with: our doctor and nurse team; WhatsApp as the messaging channel; payment providers when you pay; your insurer or another party, but only when you ask us to send them a report; our website hosting providers; and public authorities or other parties where the law requires it.
7. Transfers outside Indonesia
Some of the services above (for example WhatsApp, Google Fonts and cloud hosting) may process data outside Indonesia. We use them to provide the service and choose reputable providers.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to handle your request. Medical records and related documents are kept for the period required by Indonesian healthcare and record-keeping rules, and then deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its use, withdraw your consent, and receive a copy. These rights come from Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, for visitors from the EU or UK, from the GDPR or UK GDPR. To use them, contact us using the details above. We may need to keep some medical record information even after a deletion request, where the law requires us to.
10. Children
If you are booking a visit for a child, please give the details as the parent or guardian. This website is not directed at children.
11. Emergencies
Do not use the booking form for an emergency. If you faint, are confused, have severe or worsening abdominal pain, blood in stool or vomit, or cannot keep fluids down, go to the nearest emergency department or call 112.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
